Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching

Are you ready to…reach your goals faster? Excel at a new profession or position? Make significant changes? Get ahead professionally? Make better decisions? Increase income and revenue? Become a better manager, executive or business person? Find more satisfaction and joy in your life? Become a more powerful leader? We are ready to partner with you to help you achieve all of these.

Lawton Associates offers coaching among it core services to help clients set larger, more rewarding personal and professional goals. By interacting at least weekly, we will be better able to set strategies and take action. Coaching helps executives improve their learning and performance, and enhance their quality of life. Results will be seen with enhanced productivity, improved personal, team and organizational performance, enhanced communication, and a stronger vision.

You and your coach will work together to choose the focus, format, and the desired outcome, concentrating primarily on the present and future. Coaching does not focus on the past or on the past's impact on the present. Together, you'll use information from your past to clarify where you're at today. It does not depend on the resolution of the past to move you forward. Advice, opinions, or suggestions are occasionally offered in coaching. Understand that you are free to accept or decline what is offered and take the ultimate responsibility for action. Your coach will not be discouraged from offering advice, opinions or suggestions on occasion. They will make a request of you to promote action toward your desired outcome.

Most coaching sessions are conducted by telephone and we recommend four 30-45 minute coaching sessions per week, for a minimum of 3 months.

Here's what to expect from a typical coaching engagement.
