During this interactive session, you will gain a deeper understanding of change leadership, and work through a change you’re currently leading or planning to lead. You’ll leave this session with a deeper understanding of the concepts, as well as tools and resources needed to successfully lead change.

About the Ignite Business Development Bootcamp
The Ignite Business Development Bootcamp™ for Small Businesses is designed by Toya D. Everett, LLC (TDE) to provide a mini-MBA learning experience to business owners, delivered with a learner-centered approach. The Bootcamp develops entrepreneurial and business competencies needed to build capacity, as well as navigate, remain competitive, and thrive in today’s ever-changing business climate.
NBMBAA Charlotte Chapter was awarded a City of Charlotte Small Business Partner Support Grant. The Grant allows small business ecosystem partners to provide programs and services focused on relieving the impact of COVID-19 on Charlotte’s small business community. The Chapter is partnering with Toya D. Everett, LLC, to host the Ignite Business Development Bootcamp™ for Small Businesses – powered by TDE.
This Ignite Business Development Bootcamp™ for Small Businesses has been customized to address the impact of COVID-19 on Charlotte’s small business community. The Bootcamp dives deeper into the key foundations of business with a special focus on resiliency, creative/innovative problem solving, growth, and sustainability.
