Sarah Hyche, PCC

Sarah Hyche is an accomplished leadership consultant and credentialed executive coach with over 20 years of broad-based business experience. She advises senior executives in leadership strategies and career advancement, partnering to accelerate personal and professional performance and expand leadership capacity. Sarah is skilled at helping leaders grow in areas including onboarding to new roles, inclusive leadership, communication styles, executive presence, emotional intelligence, managing conflict, and navigating organizations and change.

Sarah provides assessment services and individual coaching to globally based executives and leaders across a range of industries, from Fortune 100 companies to entrepreneurial ventures. She delivers group coaching programs and experiences for institutional clients and non-profit organizations. Sarah serves as a coach and board member of Third Sector Leadership, dedicated to advancing leadership and effectiveness of non-profit Executive Directors in the Charlotte region.

Prior to becoming a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Sarah served as Senior Vice President, Leadership Development at Bank of America, delivering executive coaching and onboarding, talent and performance management, and organizational design services for the Global Marketing organization. She has held senior-level strategy, marketing and product management positions across a range of industries and organizations, including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Red Ventures, Nuance Communications, Vignette, Excite@Home, Kaiser Permanente and Accenture.

Sarah earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and her BA from Princeton University. She received her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach certification from the Coaches Training Institute and is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Sarah is certified in numerous individual and organizational assessment tools.

Sarah enjoys trail running, travel, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
