Lisa M. Medley
Lisa Medley is an ICF and board-certified executive and leadership coach who helps professionals – ranging from executives to middle managers and high-potentials – become better, stronger leaders who make significant contributions to the growth of their organizations. Her transformational coaching approach creates fundamental shifts in her client’s way of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
With more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry; holding leadership positions in Learning and Development, Information Security, Operations, and Risk, she’s an expert in leadership development with a focus on developing diverse talent. She’s designed programs and strategies to reinforce diversity in the workplace, served as senior advisor to multiple diversity councils, and led an enterprise-wide employee network for Black and African Americans.
Lisa is an active public speaker who has most recently been invited to present at the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, International Coach Federation Charlotte Area Chapter, The National Association of African American Human Resource Professionals (NAAAHR) Charlotte, and UPS.
Lisa holds a Master of Science in Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte. She’s a native of Philadelphia, the mother of five “young adults” and resides in Charlotte.
